Originally from the Chico, California area, I moved first to San Francisco and then (really on a whim) on to Honolulu, Hawaii where I lived until 1989. I began my real estate career in Hawaii in 1979 before moving to Raleigh in 1989. We raised our three sons and one daughter here in the Triangle and all are graduates of North Carolina Universities.

I’ve been actively selling homes throughout the Triangle area including Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, Chapel Hill and Durham since 1989 so I’m very knowledgeable about the ever changing dynamics of this growing area.

I constantly update and increase my knowledge about the industry in order to provide the best service to my clients and hold the ABR (Accredited Buyers Agent) and CRRS (Certified Residential Real Estate Specialist) designations in recognition of the advanced education. I’m a skilled negotiator for the best interest of my clients and very detail oriented using current technology and creative marketing to make for a smooth and successful transactions.

In my free time, I love to kayak in the numerous lakes in the Triangle area and of course going to the beach (just 2 hours away) or the mountains (just 3 hours away) is always great!
